Bala Ji Mobile Solution

We are tucked away in Shahdara, specifically in Gali Number 3 of West Nathu Colony. The shop is at B 156. It’s a small place but we pack a lot into it every single day. Dealing with mobile phones is what fills our time from morning to night. People from the colony come in when their phones stop working or when they need a new screen guard because they dropped their device again. The lane outside is quite narrow, so it can get a bit cramped when people park their scooters right in front of the door. We spend a lot of time under the small desk lamps looking at tiny parts and screws. It can be hard on the eyes after a few hours of work. We don't have a huge inventory of stuff, but we keep the essentials that people in Shahdara usually ask for. The weather gets really hot in this gali during the summer months, so we have a fan that runs non-stop to keep us from melting. Sometimes customers just stay for a chat while we fix their devices, which is nice. It feels like a real community spot where everyone knows each other. We’ve seen the colony change over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in Gali 3. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the new phone models coming out every month. We just learn as we go along. It’s a practical way to earn a living. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we know where everything is kept.
