P. L. Shipping & Logistics Ltd.

We’ve been at P. L. Shipping & Logistics Ltd for a good while now. Our office is up on the 2nd floor in Sant Nagar, right in the East of Kailash area. It’s a busy spot and sometimes finding a place to park your scooter in the morning is a real headache. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a bunch of desks, some old computers, and way too many stacks of paper. We handle a lot of shipping routes and talk to drivers all day long. Some days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We try to keep track of everything, but with logistics, things always seem to change at the last minute. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so we usually just stay up here once we arrive. We get our tea from the guy downstairs, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. It’s just a small team of us trying to make sure the cargo gets to where it needs to be. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. We just want to get the work done so we can go home to our families. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the AC unit is pretty old, but we manage. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years, so it feels more like a local community than a big business operation. We just do our bit.
