If you come down to No-7/16 in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, you’ll find our printing setup. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, so there’s usually a bit of ink on someone’s hands or a smudge on the floor. The machines make a lot of noise, and the whole building sort of vibrates when everything is running at once. We’ve been in this part of Punjabi Bagh for a while now. The industrial area is always busy with trucks loading and unloading, so parking can be a real headache some mornings. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for years. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting people. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the back machines. We spend most of our time making sure the paper is loaded right and the colors aren't looking weird. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend a few hours fixing them ourselves. It’s just the reality of the work. We like being in this neighborhood because there are good tea stalls just around the corner. It's a hardworking place, and we just try to get the orders done so we can go home. We don't worry about being the biggest shop on the block, we just want to get through the daily stack of work on the table.
