Ours Institute (Opc) Private Limited

We operate out of a flat in the Nawada Housing Complex in Uttam Nagar. Specifically, we are in Flat No 301, which is on the 2nd floor of Plot No R-3/72. It’s a residential-style setup for Ours Institute (Opc) Private Limited, so it doesn't feel like those cold, empty offices you see in the city center. We are located in the South West part of Delhi, and the neighborhood is usually quite active with families and local shops nearby. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of air, and it's a decent place to spend the day working. We have set up the rooms to handle the tasks we need to do, mostly involving administrative work and some small group sessions. It’s an OPC, which means it’s a one-person company structure, but we still have a small team of people who keep things running daily. The housing complex is easy enough to find once you get into the Uttam Nagar area. We aren't using any flashy signs or anything like that. It's just a regular door in a regular building where we do our business. Most of the people who visit us are from the surrounding blocks. We spend a lot of time on the computers or just chatting about how to keep the institute moving forward. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way instead of being in a big commercial plaza. We just keep it simple and steady.
