It’s just us here at the ground floor of 579-C in Laxmi Nagar. We’ve been around for a while now. Most days it’s just about getting the boxes moved and making sure the inventory is right. The shop isn't fancy or anything. People usually come by because they need something specific for a patient at home. We have a lot of different medical things piled up in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the crates. Laxmi Nagar is always busy, so there's always noise outside the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking if a certain part came in. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the lists and making sure the equipment is clean and ready. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we have what they need. The office part is just a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We try to keep things organized but with so many small items, it’s a constant job. If you walk past the ground floor here, you'll see us working. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local spot where we handle medical supplies and try to keep everything moving.
