Onlybroker Solution LLP is situated at C4/77 on the ground floor in Keshav Puram. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to see what is going on outside on the street throughout the day. Keshav Puram is a busy area, and there is always someone passing by the window. Our office isn't very large, but it is enough for what we need to get through the day. We have a few desks pushed up against the walls and a small area for meetings. It feels a bit like a home office sometimes because it is so compact and cozy. We focus on broker solutions, which basically means a lot of talking and a lot of coordinating between different people. There are always lists of names and numbers scattered around on scraps of paper or in notebooks. We don't have a professional decorator or anything; we just put the furniture where it fit and hoped for the best. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we have a couple of lamps that help out when it gets dark. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families living in the blocks. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day working. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything like that. We just learn as we go and try to stay organized.
