Our firm, Om Parkash Aggarwal & Co, is located at 3630 Chawri Bazar. If you know Chawri Bazar, you know how incredibly busy it gets. The streets are narrow and always full of people, carts, and vehicles. It’s a lot of chaos, but we’ve been here so long that we don't even notice it anymore. We are right in the thick of it. Our place isn't big, but it’s full of history and old ledgers. We don’t really do things the modern way with fancy software and high-tech gadgets. We still like using pens and paper for a lot of our stuff. It’s just how we learned and it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ve been around for ages. Sometimes it’s so loud outside we have to shout to be heard, but that’s just part of the charm of Chawri Bazar. We drink a lot of tea and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a very social way to do business. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the shop, serve the people who come in, and go home to our families. It’s a simple life, and we are quite content with it. We’ve been at 3630 for many years now and we just keep doing what we've always done since the very first day we opened the heavy front doors.
