Hauz Khas is always a busy place, and being right here with Nmkrv Pu College For Women means there's never really a quiet moment. We’ve been around in this part of Delhi for a while now. Most days start pretty early with students trickling in from different corners of the city, some looking tired from the metro ride and others ready to get going. It is a college for women, so the atmosphere is definitely specific to that. The building itself isn’t some fancy glass structure you might see in the newer parts of Delhi, but it’s got its own character and plenty of history in these walls. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running, from fixing old desks to making sure the schedules are actually followed. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes the power goes out or a class gets moved at the last minute because someone didn’t show up, but we figure it out as we go. The staff here mostly lives nearby or knows the area well enough to recommend a good spot for tea just down the road. It feels more like a community than just a place where people study. We don’t have a big marketing team writing things for us, just a few people in the office who handle the paperwork and try to answer the phones when they won’t stop ringing. That is basically who we are, just a local college in 110016 trying to do its job.
