Nirmala Telecom

Nirmala Telecom is based in Vikas Nagar, specifically at A 25/6 in the Nilothi Extension area of Nagloi. We are quite easy to spot because we’re located right near the Tata Tower. Our shop is a small place where we handle all sorts of mobile phone needs. Whether it is a quick recharge, a new SIM card, or fixing a cracked screen, we usually have someone here to help. Nagloi is a crowded area and our shop gets its fair share of foot traffic. We aren't a big chain store with matching uniforms. It’s just a local shop where we know many of the people who walk through the door. We spend a lot of our day chatting with customers while we work on their phones. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we do our best to get through the queue. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people come to us because we’re convenient and right here in the neighborhood. We’ve been at this spot in Nilothi Ext for some time now. It’s a simple setup with just enough space for our tools and some accessories on the shelves. We just want to provide a helpful service for the folks living around Vikas Nagar. If you’re passing by the Tata Tower, you’ll see us right there. We’re just a regular telecom shop trying to do good work for the people nearby. It's a busy life.
