We’ve been running Nirmala Realtors out of our office at Plot No 6028/5 for some time now. You can find us in Sector D, specifically over in Pocket 6 of Vasant Kunj. We are quite close to the Apollo Hospital, which makes it an easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a busy area and we spend most of our days just keeping track of which flats are opening up or who is looking to sell their place. It isn't a massive operation or anything like that. Just a small team of us sitting at our desks, answering calls and meeting neighbors who walk in. The real estate market around here can be a bit of a headache with all the different sectors and pockets, so we try to keep things simple for the people who come to us. We know this specific part of Vasant Kunj like the back of our hand because we’ve spent so many years walking these streets. Usually, we are just busy checking paperwork or going out to show a property to a family. There’s a lot of back and forth with owners and tenants, and we just handle the middle part of that. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big slogans. It’s just us doing the work every day. If you’re around the hospital area and need to talk about a plot or a house, you can just stop by. We’re usually here during normal hours, unless we’re out at a site.
