Niit Smart Serve

We are tucked away in Prakash Mohalla, over in East of Kailash. It’s house number 208 D on the second floor. If you’ve spent any time in this part of New Delhi, you know how these narrow lanes can be. It’s busy and there is always something going on outside. Finding a parking spot near the building is usually a bit of a headache, so most of us just walk or take a rickshaw from the metro station. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the daily tasks for Niit Smart Serve. We’ve been in this spot for some time and the neighbors are all familiar faces. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so you get your exercise for the day just coming in. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the sound of people talking. We don't have a big reception area or fancy paintings on the walls. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the tea lady comes by with snacks in the afternoon which is the highlight of the day. The light in the afternoon hits the front windows just right, making it a bit bright, but we have some old blinds to handle that. It’s a lived-in space. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s just how we operate here in the city.
