Niit Ltd

We are set up at J 3 50 in Rajouri Garden. It’s a lively part of New Delhi 110027, and there is always something happening outside the windows. Niit Ltd has been in this building for some time. It is not one of those modern offices with glass walls and designer furniture. We have heavy wooden desks and chairs that squeak a little when you sit down. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don't need to say much to get the day started. We just get our coffee and start on the pile of work waiting for us. The commute can be a bit of a mess because Rajouri Garden gets so much traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal place to work. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on. We don't really do big meetings with fancy presentations. Usually, we just talk across the room if something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run things. The floor tiles are a bit worn from people walking back and forth all day. We keep the place tidy enough, but it looks like a place where people actually do work. It’s not a showroom. We’re just here at J 3 50 doing what needs to be done, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
