Niit Ltd

Our office is located at C1A 46A Janakpuri. It is a bit of a trek for some of us living on the other side of New Delhi 110058, but we make it work. Niit Ltd has this space on a street that gets quite crowded during the middle of the day. If you come by, you’ll see we keep things pretty simple inside. There aren't any big signs or flashing lights. We just have our desks, some computers that sometimes act up, and enough tea to keep us going through the afternoon slump. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years now. We know each other's habits, like who leaves their lunch in the fridge too long. It is just a regular workplace. We handle whatever comes through the door or over the phone. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we all just sit there waiting for it to kick back on so we can finish our emails. It's not a high-stress corporate environment, just people doing their jobs. We like the local shops nearby for a quick bite at lunch. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend forty hours a week here at C1A 46A, so it feels a bit like a second home, even with the dusty shelves and the mismatched chairs. It works fine.
