We spend most of our time here at A 167 in Laxmi Nagar, which is a pretty busy part of North Delhi. People know the area for being crowded, but it keeps us on our toes. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and talk to whoever walks through the door. Usually, it’s students looking to figure out their next steps or locals asking for directions. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the tea stall nearby is basically our second home during lunch breaks. Dealing with process excellence sounds like a big title, but mostly it's just us sitting at desks and trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets too loud with traffic, but that is just life in Delhi. We have a few computers and some chairs that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the summers, though we try to keep the fans running. Most days are just a mix of answering phones, filling out paperwork, and helping people understand what they need to learn. It is a straightforward setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us trying to make the place run smoothly every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. If you’re around Laxmi Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign hanging near the main road.
