Niche Racing & Live Stock is located up on the 7th floor of S.G. Shopping Mall in Rohini Sector-9. Our unit is 731. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for a livestock business, being in a shopping mall, but it works well for the administrative side of things. We deal with racing animals and livestock, which involves a lot of paperwork and specialized tracking. From the 7th floor, you can see quite a bit of North West Delhi. The office is usually busy with people coming in to discuss breeding or racing schedules. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into Unit 731. The mall can get really crowded on weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just us and the other office workers. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We prefer to keep it practical with desks, computers, and lots of folders. Our team knows their way around the racing world quite well. We aren't into big advertising; we mostly deal with people who have been in the industry for years. It’s a specific niche, hence the name, and we take it seriously. If you're coming to see us, the elevators in the mall are usually the best bet. We are just regular people trying to keep this business running smoothly without any big fuss or complicated systems. It's just how we operate in Rohini every day.
