Amattra Grazing Private Limited

Amattra Grazing is based out of the second floor at Q-8, Hauz Khas Enclave here in Delhi. It is a small setup but it works well enough for us. We handle the management side of things for grazing lands. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication between us and the people actually out there with the herds. You wouldn't think an office in the middle of a place like Hauz Khas would have much to do with grazing, but that’s where the planning happens. We keep track of the cycles and the land health from our desks. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, and the tea gets cold while we're on the phone, but that’s just how it goes. We don't try to be anything we're not. We are just a group of people trying to make sure the land is used properly and the animals stay healthy. It takes a lot of patience to get the balance right. Most people who stop by are surprised at how quiet it is up here on the second floor. We like it that way because it lets us get the work done without too many distractions. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls, just calendars and some charts that help us keep things organized. We've been at this address for a bit and it feels like home now. Dealing with nature from a city office is an interesting mix, but we make it work somehow.
