Perimatrix Projects is based on the ground floor of Building Number 5 and 6 on Mandi Road. This part of the city is always moving, with trucks and cars constantly going by. Our office is where we handle all the planning and the paperwork for the various projects we have going on. It’s not a very quiet place because of the road noise, but we are used to it. We have maps and drawings spread out on the tables most of the time. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop by, though we are usually out at different sites during the day. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get the job done. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with contractors, suppliers, and a lot of technical details that keep us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult on Mandi Road, and the office gets a bit damp, but we just carry on with the work. We are a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't spend much time on long speeches; we just check the schedules and make sure things are moving forward. It’s practical work and we try to keep things organized as best as we can in the middle of all the project chaos. There is always a lot of coffee being made in the small corner kitchen.
