New Life Surgical Works

Our business, New Life Surgical Works, is situated at No. 1681/4 in the famous Bhagirath Palace area of Chandni Chowk. It’s a legendary market, and we’ve been here long enough to see a lot of history. We handle all sorts of surgical items that hospitals and private practices require. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we store everything. You’ll see shelves filled with all kinds of stainless steel instruments and medical gear. We don’t go for any of that modern, polished look. Our counter is well-worn and our ledgers are often handwritten. We like doing things directly. When a customer comes in, we have a chat and find exactly what they’re looking for. It’s a busy atmosphere with people constantly rushing by outside, but we take our time to get the orders right. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the surgeons have the right equipment when they need it. It’s a practical job that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the heat in the market is a bit much, but we have our fans and our tea. It’s a good community of traders here, and we’re glad to be a small part of it. We just take it one day at a time and do our best.
