Universal Optics & Surgical. We are over on Gurdwara Road in Tamimoor Nagar. The address is No. 72/a, and we are on the second floor of the Baba Complex. It’s a pretty busy road, especially with the Gurdwara nearby, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people around. The Baba Complex has a few different shops and offices. To get to us, you have to go up the stairs to the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb but it’s fine. We have our space set up for both the optics and the surgical side of what we do. It’s not a massive place, just a few rooms where we keep our stock and do the admin work. We don't have any fancy displays or a big waiting area. It’s mostly just shelves full of boxes and a few workstations. We’ve been in Tamimoor Nagar for a while now, so we know the local shops and the people who work in the complex. It’s a practical location for us. We spend our time checking orders and talking to our suppliers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street, but we’re used to it. Universal Optics & Surgical is basically just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do the work, keep the place tidy, and make sure we’re ready for the next day. It’s just how we run things around here every day.
