Netaji Subhash Place is a crowded spot, and we are right in the middle of it at number 1076. Our office is on the 2nd floor of the Agmt building. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like being here. The traffic outside can be a real headache some days, but that’s just Delhi for you. Inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of our time dealing with import documents and talking to people on the phone about shipments. There’s usually boxes stacked near the door because something is always arriving or leaving. We’ve got a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any big signs or flashy stuff. Most people who work here have been around for a long time, so we all know how things run. We just focus on the medical imports. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and making sure the customs stuff is handled right. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we just have to wait it out with a cup of chai. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like the local food stalls nearby, so lunch is usually the best part of the day. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of the logistics every single day without making things too complicated.
