Working at Fanem India means going up to the 15th floor of Eros Corporate Tower in Nehru Place every day. The view from up here is actually quite good, you can see a lot of the city. Nehru Place is always a madhouse with people selling computers and electronics everywhere on the ground. Once you get into the lift and reach the 15th floor, it gets a lot quieter. We have an office here where we handle everything. It’s a corporate building, so everything is made of glass and steel. We aren't a very big team, so the office doesn't feel too empty. We deal with medical equipment and parts mostly. There are always boxes coming and going through the service lift. Sometimes the lifts take forever because the building is so tall and has so many offices. We spend a lot of time on our computers or on the phone with people. It’s a professional place but we keep it casual among ourselves. We usually go down to the local stalls for lunch because the food in Nehru Place is really good. The afternoon sun hits the windows quite hard, so we have to keep the blinds down. It’s a busy environment. We are just one of many offices in this big tower, doing our work and going home when the sun sets. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we like it here.
