Our office is situated at 97, Bajaj House. It’s a well-known building, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us when they need to drop off paperwork. Inside, it’s mostly rows of desks and filing cabinets filled with policies and claims. Insurance isn't exactly a thrilling topic, so we try to keep the atmosphere in the office fairly relaxed. There’s usually a pot of coffee going, and you’ll hear the constant tapping of keyboards as we process everything. We get a lot of phone calls from people asking about their coverage or wanting to change their details. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done carefully so nobody loses out. We don't have a big marketing department here; we’re just the people who handle the actual documents and talk to the clients face-to-face. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to catch up on the mountains of filing that seem to grow overnight. We’ve got a few chairs in the waiting area, but we try not to keep people waiting too long. It’s a standard office setup where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just explain the forms and make sure the signatures are in the right places. It’s a predictable but important routine for everyone working here at the house.
