Our place is right in the middle of Sadar Bazar at Plot No 2448, Teliwara Chowk. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets, especially in the mornings when the deliveries start coming in. We have been operating from this same spot for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it works for us. It’s a family-run kind of setup. You will usually find one of us sitting near the entrance handling the paperwork while others are busy digging through the stock in the back. Sadar Bazar is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so we spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors and regular people who stop by. We deal with a lot of different items, and sometimes the stacks get a bit high, making it hard to walk around the aisles. It's dusty because of all the traffic outside, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don't have a website or anything like that; people usually just find us by walking through the chowk or asking around. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes we can't get to it right away if we are busy loading up a cart. We just focus on keeping the stock moving and making sure the counts are right at the end of the day. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the noise and the constant movement of the market.
