Nav Ujala Foundation

Nav Ujala Foundation is based out of South Ganesh Nagar. We are located at 22-A, up on the third floor. You have to go down Gali Number 4 to find us. It’s right opposite the Power House, which is usually the easiest way for people to locate the building. Being on the third floor means there are a lot of stairs to climb, but we don’t mind it much. The area is quite packed with houses and small businesses. It's a typical Delhi street where everyone knows their neighbors. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our records and do our daily planning. It can get a bit hot in the summers since we are on the top floor, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and it feels like a part of the local landscape. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. There are just some tables, some fans, and a lot of documents. People from the nearby lanes often stop by if they need something. We like being near the Power House because it's a landmark everyone knows. The noise from the street comes up through the windows, reminding us of the busy neighborhood outside. It’s just a plain, honest workspace where we handle our foundation's affairs. Nothing fancy, just us doing our thing in South Ganesh Nagar. We try to keep things organized as best we can.
