Narang Traders

Narang Traders is located in the Banarasi Das Building, specifically at number 70 on Street Number 1 in Aruna Nagar. The building is one of those older structures that has been around for ages, and you can tell by the way the stairs are worn down. We spend most of our hours inside these walls, surrounded by stacks of papers and whatever stock we are moving that week. Street Number 1 is usually quite narrow and packed with rickshaws and delivery carts, so getting things in and out takes a bit of patience. We are not trying to be anything big or flashy. It is mostly just us doing the paperwork and making sure the orders are sorted out correctly. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, and we just sit there and wait for it to come back while chatting with the neighbors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time for it. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some chairs that have been with us since we started. It gets a bit cold in the winters here, so we usually have a small heater tucked under the desk. Most people find us because they have been coming here for years or because someone told them where the Banarasi Das Building was. It is a quiet enough life, just keeping the records straight and staying busy with the daily chores.
