Spectec Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is situated at CB 346 on the Naraina Ring Road. We are right near the petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to stop by. The Ring Road is always noisy with trucks and cars zooming past. Inside our building, it’s a bit calmer. We deal with surgical equipment. It’s a lot of metal and precision tools. We don’t have a flashy showroom. It’s more of a functional workspace and storage area. We spend our days checking inventory and making sure orders go out to the hospitals on time. Sometimes the traffic outside makes deliveries a bit of a nightmare. We’ve learned to plan around the rush hour. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don’t have big corporate meetings. We just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to be done. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we are always cleaning. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the right tools to the doctors. It’s straightforward work. No need for any marketing talk. We are just here doing our job every day. The work is steady and we have a good routine going. We close up around evening when the traffic gets really bad. The coffee machine broke last week.
