M/S. Modern Agriculture Service Jain Agencies is located at Satya Niketan, Benito Juarez Road 14. Being right there near the university area means we see a lot of students walking by, but our work is mainly about agriculture. It is an interesting mix for the neighborhood. The shop has a lot of bags and equipment related to farming and seeds. We have been at number 14 for quite a while. The building is older, and the entrance has a few steps that have worn down over time. We keep a lot of our records in thick registers. It is a bit crowded inside with all the different agencies we represent. The air smells a bit like earth and dried goods. We don't have a lot of modern furniture; just some sturdy wooden tables and chairs. Benito Juarez Road is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. We have a small fan that sits on the floor to keep the air moving. Sometimes the farmers come from quite far away to talk to us. We listen to their stories while we help them out. It is a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just focus on the agricultural stuff and keep the shop running as best we can. It’s a bit of a traditional way of working in a modern part of the city. We just open the doors and start our day.
