M.S Ganranstar

M.S Ganranstar is located in Khadda Colony, which is part of the Jetpur Extension in Badarpur. We are at P-4. Living and working in Delhi 110044 is always fast, but our corner feels a bit more like a community. I opened this place because I wanted to work for myself. It’s a general store, so we have everything from soap to flour to school supplies for the kids. The shop isn't very large, and sometimes the boxes pile up in the corners when a new shipment arrives. I try to keep it tidy, but it's hard when you're busy serving customers. I know most people by their first names or which house they live in. It’s a lot of standing, and my back sometimes hurts by the end of the day. I don't have any help, so I handle the cleaning, the stocking, and the selling all by myself. Sometimes the neighbor's cat comes in and sits near the door. The fans are always running because it gets so hot in the summer. I try to keep the prices where they should be so people keep coming back. It’s a basic life, but it’s mine. If you need something for your kitchen or your bathroom, I probably have it on a shelf somewhere. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running but I like being here and meeting the people who live around here every single day.
