Our place is located on Main Ghevra Road, right near where the old SBI bank used to be. Most people in Kanjhawala know the landmark even if the bank isn't there anymore. We’re in the P2P4, 39P section. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes because of the traffic on the main road, but that's just life in this part of New Delhi. Mottus World Foundation operates out of this spot, and it’s pretty straightforward here. We have a small setup that fits what we need. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we manage just fine. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the community here. The neighbors are mostly small shops and people going about their business. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room where we sit and handle the things that need doing. If you’re driving down Ghevra Road, you might miss us if you’re not looking, but we’ve been here for a while. The 110081 pincode is home for us. We don’t really worry about making everything look perfect. We just focus on the day-to-day work. It's a simple life here in Kanjhawala, and we’re just another office on the street trying to stay busy and keep our records in order without any fuss.
