Modern Surgicals

Modern Surgicals is located at No. 1541/4a on the second floor of Bhagirath Palace. This is a very famous market near the Central Bank of India. If you have ever been here, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes can be. Our shop is tucked away upstairs. It is not a massive space, but we have managed to fit a lot of surgical supplies onto the shelves. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who know the items well. We do not use a website to sell things; most of our customers just walk in or call us. The hallways in the building are a bit old and dark, but we keep our area bright. Sometimes we are eating our lunch right at the counter when a customer arrives. We just put everything aside and help them find what they need. It is a very informal way of doing business, which is how most things work in Bhagirath Palace. The fans click a little bit when they are on high speed, but they keep us cool. We have known the other shopkeepers in this building for many years. We are not trying to be a huge company. We just want to make sure we have the right surgical tools available for the doctors and clinics that rely on us. It is just a regular day of work for us.
