Metropolitan Surgical Works

Metropolitan Surgical Works is situated at No. 5265 on Kolhapur Road in Kamla Nagar. This area is usually crawling with students and shoppers, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been at this Kolhapur Road address for many years now. The building is older, and we’ve filled it with all sorts of surgical tools and equipment over the years. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we have so much stock. We don't spend money on fancy displays or professional decorators. We just need the space to hold our inventory and a small corner for us to sit and do the paperwork. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we aren't all related. We know our regular customers by name and they know they can find us here six days a week. Kamla Nagar is a busy place to work, but we like the pace of it. Sometimes we have to move heavy crates in and out, which is a bit of a workout. We don't have a big corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the equipment is ready when someone needs it. It’s a simple, hardworking shop where we do our best with what we have. Most of our days are spent checking orders and talking to suppliers. We aren't trying to be fancy, just useful to our customers.
