Medtech is located at 198/35 on the ground floor of Prem Niwas. We are right in Ramesh Market, which is part of the Garhi area in East of Kailash, New Delhi. Being on the ground floor is really helpful for us because we are constantly moving boxes in and out. If we were higher up, it would be a lot tougher. The market area is always buzzing with people and scooters, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We deal with various medical technology items and supplies. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve organized it so that every corner is used for something, whether it’s storage or a small workspace for testing things out. We’ve been in East of Kailash for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a good spot for a business like ours because we are centrally located enough to reach different parts of South Delhi quickly. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from the street outside, but we keep things as tidy as we can. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the right way. We value the relationships we’ve built with people who stop by the market and know us by name.
