You can find us at Meditech Esquire Pvt Ltd over in Zakir Nagar. Our office is actually inside Gali Number 21, at House Number 384, which belongs to Md. Nayeem Khan. It is a very busy part of New Delhi with narrow streets and lots of people everywhere. Md. Shahnawaz Nadim and the rest of the team work from here every day. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the medical supplies we have to store. The area is full of life, and there is always something going on right outside the door. We spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting into the narrow gali, so we have to go out and help them. It is definitely not a quiet office, but we are used to the noise by now. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Most of our neighbors know us and we often stop to chat while we are moving boxes. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't really have time for polished presentations, we just focus on making sure the orders are correct and they get to where they need to go in the city. It's a lot of hard work but we enjoy being right in the middle of everything. (255 words)
