Mazars Foundation

Mazars Foundation is over at Mercantile House, specifically in rooms 106 and 107 on the first floor. If you ever find yourself on Kasturba Gandhi Marg, you know how the traffic and the noise can be at any time of the day. We’ve set ourselves up here because it’s a central spot, even if the building is a bit older than some of the shiny new glass ones around. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for when people come by, and plenty of paper files because we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. It isn't a huge place, just two rooms joined together really. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us just sorting through mail or keeping track of the books. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that on the walls. The first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator, which can be a bit of a nightmare during the lunch rush when everyone is heading out. Sometimes the tea lady comes around, and we take a quick break, but mostly we are just head down, getting through the day. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, so we’re always wiping down the tables. It’s just a regular office life here at 15 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, nothing too special to look at, just everyday work. We keep a small radio on sometimes for some background noise.
