We operate out of the D S I D C Industrial Complex in Sultanpuri, specifically at 3B. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty noisy with all the trucks and machines around us. We make toys here. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of plastic and assembly lines. We have a small team of people who show up every morning. We focus on getting the pieces put together correctly. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them. The warehouse gets hot in the summer, but we keep going. We've been in this spot for a bit now. There’s a lot of boxes everywhere. We pack them up and send them out. It’s a simple business model. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that since we are in the industrial complex. You just see the sign for Matchline Toys on the gate. We keep to ourselves mostly. The work is repetitive, but it’s honest work. We try to make sure nothing breaks before it leaves the door. My dad started this kind of work, and now we just keep the machines running. Every day is about meeting the numbers and making sure the parts are in stock. It’s just how things go at 3B. We’re just local people making stuff for kids to play with.
