Mata Rani Grace Estate LLP is located in the basement of E-291 in Greater Kailash-1. It stays a bit cooler down here during the Delhi summers, which we definitely appreciate. Our office is a quiet spot in South Delhi where we handle various real estate matters. Being in the 110048 area means we see a lot of activity in the markets and the residential blocks. We aren't a big, flashy company. Our space is filled with maps of the local area and binders full of property details. Sometimes the street parking near the office is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early if they are driving. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and some basic furniture. We like the local vibe of GK-1 and have gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby. We don't use fancy marketing tactics. We just rely on the fact that we've been around the neighborhood for a while and know where things stand. If someone needs to find us, they just have to head down the stairs at E-291. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in this part of town. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
