We’ve got our office at 803, Madam Bhikaji Cama Bhawan. It’s right in the middle of Bhikaji Cama Place here in New Delhi. Being up on the eighth floor means we spend a decent amount of time waiting for the elevators, but the view is alright. Masu Realtors & Hospitality LLP is basically just a few of us working on real estate and some hospitality stuff. The office is functional, with enough space for our computers and a few extra chairs for visitors. This part of the city, the 110066 area, is always buzzing with people and cars. It’s a commercial hub, so there’s a lot of energy. We spend our mornings responding to messages and the rest of the day usually involves meeting people across South Delhi. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything; it’s just a standard office where we get our work done. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we have to go downstairs to get a cup, but that’s just part of the routine. We handle a variety of property tasks, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just focus on the details of the houses and spaces we manage. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of walking, and plenty of paperwork to file away at the end of every week. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved and just focus on the daily fuss.
