Manthan

Manthan is based at 17-C, Mig Flats, in Pocket-A, Phase-III, Ashok Vihar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We work out of a flat that we’ve converted into our office space. It’s a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of work going on, but it works for us. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a glass entrance. It’s just a regular door with our address on it. Inside, it’s a bit lived-in and comfortable. We don't really have a lot of formal rules or a strict dress code here. We just come in and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. Ashok Vihar is a nice area with plenty of trees and a bit of peace compared to the main roads. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation. We’re just a small group of people doing our thing. Sometimes the snacks in the kitchen are the most important part of our afternoon. We don’t use marketing jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just talk like normal people and do the work that’s required. It’s a simple setup and a simple life. We like the quiet of the Mig Flats because it lets us focus on our tasks without too many distractions. It’s just a regular local business and we are fine with that.
