Management Academy

Our little office is tucked away in Room No 1 at Parteek Market in Munirka. It is 61/8 if you are looking for the exact number on the door. It’s a busy market area, always people moving around and the smell of street food nearby. We started this academy because we saw a lot of folks around here needing a bit of guidance with their studies and management stuff. It’s just a couple of rooms with some desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have any big signs or glass windows. Most of our students live in the hostels nearby or commute from other parts of Delhi. The stairs up to the market can be a bit steep, and it gets noisy when the shops downstairs are in full swing. We spend most of our time looking at textbooks or helping someone figure out their forms. It feels more like a community spot than a big school. We keep the lights on late into the evening because that’s when most people have time to drop by after their regular jobs or classes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It isn’t perfect, but we like being right here in the middle of the Munirka chaos. It makes the day go by fast. There is always someone new walking in with questions about their future.
