We are located down in the basement at No. 163 D/1 in Khirki Village, which is part of Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit tucked away, so you really have to look for the entrance when you get here. Being in a basement means it stays a little cooler in the middle of summer, which is a nice relief for us. We work with medical products and keep all our inventory stored right here on the shelves. It’s a lot of cardboard boxes and metal racking. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve learned how to stack things to make it all fit properly. Khirki Village is an interesting place to work, very lively with lots of small businesses and people around us. We spend most of our time organizing shipments and checking the labels on the boxes. It isn’t a fancy office with big windows or views, but it serves our purpose just fine for the day. We have a small table in the corner for tea breaks and that’s about as fancy as it gets. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to us for years. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about anything. The lighting isn't the best down here, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It’s a straightforward operation, just us managing the medical stock and keeping things moving.
