Malanpur Entech Pvt. Ltd. is based in the CSC in Vasant Kunj. We are in Office No. 103/A, which is on the second floor. You have to walk up the stairs since there is not a lift in this part of the building. It is in Sector-B-8&9. The shopping center downstairs gets pretty crowded with people getting groceries or tea. We have been at this office for some time now. It is a small space, but it fits us just fine. The desks are a bit cluttered with files and drawings. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open. Malanpur Entech is just a few people trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we just have to wait it out. It is a local spot, nothing like those big glass towers you see in Gurgaon. We know the other shop owners around the CSC. It feels like a community here. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down. Finding 103/A isn't too hard once you get to the right staircase. It is a plain office for a company like ours. We do not have much in the way of art on the walls, just calendars and notes. It is where Malanpur Entech does its daily work. The floors are a bit worn but they stay clean enough.
