Mahesh Edible Oil Enterprise Private Limited is located at 3/14 A in Jungpura B. If you know the area, it’s a fairly quiet residential pocket compared to the rest of New Delhi, which we actually prefer for our daily operations. We focus on edible oils, which is a pretty basic necessity for everyone's kitchen. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers; we’re just a small group of people making sure the oil gets where it needs to go. The space here is functional, filled with the smell of different oils and the sound of packing tape. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in because nobody wants bad oil for their cooking. Our neighbors are mostly families who have lived in Jungpura for generations, so we try to keep the noise down and not get in anyone’s way. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to move things quickly. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just rely on the fact that people need oil and they know we provide it fairly. The office has some old wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It feels like home to us, honestly. We’re just regular people doing a regular job, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now.
