M. L. Jewellers

M. L. Jewellers is located at Plot No. Y-168 on Street No. 2, right off Sultanpuri Road in Nangloi. If you know the area, we are quite close to Roshan Sweet, which most people use as a landmark to find us. It’s a small shop, and we’ve been here for quite some years. It’s not like the big, fancy showrooms you see in the malls. We have our counters and the old wooden stools we’ve always used. The street outside is usually full of people and rickshaws, especially in the late afternoon. Inside, we just focus on the pieces we have and the people who walk in. Some days are very quiet, and we just sit and talk or tidy up the displays. Other days, it’s a bit of a rush and the shop feels even smaller than it is. We don't have a big staff, just the family and a helper. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the glass to talking with the regulars. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, but we know where everything is. People in Nangloi know us as the place near Roshan Sweet. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just open the shutters every morning and see who comes by. It’s a local business through and through, and we plan on staying at Y-168 for a long time as part of the Sultanpuri Road community.
