If you go to Pankaj Plaza in Sector 4 of Dwarka, you’ll find us on the 3rd floor. We are right above the UCO Bank at Plot No 309. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices and people walking around. Llbks Security Services Pvt. Ltd. has a small space up there. The stairs are usually crowded, and the elevator can be a bit slow during lunch time. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office has a lot of windows, so we get a good view of the plaza below. It’s interesting to watch the crowds come and go from the bank. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of paper and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come in, you just talk to whoever is sitting closest to the door. We spend our days mostly on the phone, checking in with our staff at different locations around Delhi. It gets a bit hectic when we have to arrange new schedules, but we manage. Dwarka is a big place, but Sector 4 feels like our little corner of it. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, so we never go hungry. We don't use any fancy management talk. We just tell people what needs to be done and try to keep things running smoothly from this third-floor office. It’s just how we do things every day without much noise.
