Our office for Lions Workforce Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at Plot No.33-B on M.B. Road in Saidulajab. If you know the Saket area, you know it can get pretty crowded around here, but we like being in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of people every day. Mostly, we are busy finding work for folks and making sure companies have the hands they need to get their jobs finished. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting through interviews. Some days the lobby is full of people looking for a start, and other days it is quiet while we catch up on the filing. We have been at this for a bit now. It is a lot of logistics, honestly. You have to make sure people get to the right site at the right time. Sometimes things fall through and we have to scramble to fix it, but that is just part of the business. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We provide workers, and we try to make sure they are treated right while they are on the job. The building itself is just a regular spot where we keep our files and meet the guys. M.B. Road is a busy stretch, so there is always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It is a lot of hard work for everyone involved.
