We are based out of 451-Nandanpura in Sripri Bazar, which is right here in Jhansi. It is a very busy part of the town, so there is always some kind of noise or something going on right outside our front doors. Lakhani Medicare Pvt Ltd has been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. We deal with medical things, so the environment inside is usually kept quite serious and quiet. We have shelves filled with all different kinds of items and boxes are often stacked up in the back room. It is not always the most organized-looking place, especially during the middle of a big delivery day, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The staff members here are mostly locals who live in Jhansi or around the UP area. We open up pretty early in the morning and usually stay open late to make sure all the orders are taken care of for the day. It can get a bit dusty being so near to the bazar, so we have to spend a lot of our time cleaning. We do not have a big fancy showroom for people to walk through. Customers just come in, ask for exactly what they need, and we help them find it. It is a very straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook all afternoon, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on the main road.
