L-Mox Jeans

L-Mox Jeans is run out of F-66 on the ground floor in Raghubir Nagar. If you walk by, you will probably hear the sound of sewing machines running. We make jeans right here. It’s a small space, so it gets pretty crowded with rolls of denim and stacks of finished pants. There is blue lint on almost every surface, but that is just how it is when you work with fabric all day. We are a small team, and most of us have been sewing for years. We don't have a fancy boutique or a big glass storefront. It’s more of a workshop where we do everything from cutting the patterns to sewing the pockets. Raghubir Nagar is a busy place with lots of small businesses like ours, so we fit right in. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Mostly, people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our labels in other shops. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when we have a big order to finish. We sit at our stations and just keep going. Sometimes we have tea breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing things. We aren't trying to be a global brand. We just want to make decent jeans that people can wear every day. It’s just us, some thread, and a lot of blue fabric on the ground floor.
