Kuoni Academy

Kuoni Academy is located at No - 14, So Flats in New Delhi 110 021. It’s a fairly central location but the building itself is quite modest. We have a few rooms that we’ve set up for teaching and administrative work. It’s not a huge institution with a big campus. It’s more of a practical place where people come to learn about the travel industry. The rooms have some whiteboards and rows of chairs, nothing too fancy. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The So Flats area is a bit older, so the plumbing and the lights can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people trying to sell things. We just have a small group of staff who handle the daily operations and talk to the students. Most of the people who come here heard about us from someone else. It’s a very hands-on environment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the front desk handling queries. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when a new class starts, but we make it work. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just tell people what the classes are like and what they need to do to finish. It’s a plain, straightforward place to work and learn.
