Ksj Dynamic Security Pvt. Ltd. is based on the second floor of Plot No. 273. We are right on the Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, which stays pretty crowded most of the time. We are very close to the SBI bank in Kapashera, which is usually how we tell people to find us. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people moving between Delhi and Gurgaon. It’s a practical spot for a security company. We have a small office where we coordinate our guards and handle the administrative side of things. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a real place where people drink tea and talk about the shift schedules. Kapashera is a tough area sometimes, and the work can be demanding, but we’ve been here long enough to know how it goes. We don’t really use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure our people are at their posts and that the clients are satisfied with the day’s work. Sometimes the noise from the Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road gets into the office, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep things moving, looking after the plot and making sure we stay organized. It’s just us, working near the bank, doing the best we can every day. We don't make it complicated.
