Shakarpur is a busy place, especially around Old Post Office Gali where Ksa Co Chartered Accountants is located. Being in B 97 Chadha Niwas means there's always something going on outside the window. It’s a typical Delhi street with lots of people and noise. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of calculators and pages turning. As chartered accountants, the work involves a lot of numbers and tax forms. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Most days are spent looking at ledgers or helping people figure out their filings. The office has that lived-in feel with folders stacked up and pens everywhere. We’ve been in this part of Shakarpur for a bit, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something quick from one of the nearby stalls. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the accounting work done. Sometimes clients drop by just to hand over some papers and chat for a minute. During tax season, it gets really hectic and we end up staying late quite often. It’s just the way this kind of job goes. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand without making a big fuss about it in our Delhi office.
